We do not currently ship to Ireland. Please note all orders to Ireland will be cancelled.

Please note that once a tailor-made item or a made to measure order has been made and supplied to you as a custom made item, you do not have the right to return for a refund or exchange it if it is unsuitable. You do not have the right to return your item if you have provided the incorrect details or measurements. If you no longer require your made to measure door, please contact us on birminghamcompositedoors@yahoo.com and we may be able to help you.
Return delivery charges are only refundable if you have received goods that are faulty and a refund is made.
Cancellation Policy
Important Information
The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we advise that you send the parcel tracked and signed for, using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.
Please include in your parcel whether you want an exchange/refund.
If your product arrives damaged or faulty, please email us as soon as possible. For the quickest resolution, we require digital photos of the fault within the item sent via email. We can then authorise a replacement or refund for the damaged item. As long as you notify us beforehand, we will cover the return postage costs.
If a product has been mis-used, abused or deliberately damaged, then we will not accept any returns, nor issue replacement or refunds.
If you do not include a cover note with the return, we will be unable to identify it as yours. We will hold any unidentified item returns for 1 week before disposing or returning to stock.
